Seminar 12
The local and the European Employment Strategy: Lessons from IDELE
Brussels, Belgium, 13–14 July 2006
The fourth seminar in Brussels will be of an entirely different order. This seminar is the culmination of the three year IDELE programme and a showpiece event for setting out its findings. The findings and policy propositions of IDELE over the past three years will be placed before the audience for discussion and review. The aim will be to present and review the ‘best of the best’. Brussels is chosen as the location to have the opportunity to involve a wider ‘penumbra’ of attendees from DG Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and the Commission services in general.
