The purpose of the initiative is to reinforce regional competitiveness through the stimulation of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurship. The objective was also to put the creative economy on the economic development map.
It involves a partnership of regional and supra-regional partners, and has an international dimension with partners in Catalonia (COPCA and CIDEM), Scotland (Scottish Enterprise) and Baden-Württemberg (Steinbeis-Stiftung). The project targets the whole population to the extent that it wants to stimulate people to adopt a more pro-active and creative mindset.
