We take a different view on regeneration, and we can help you form the policies that make a difference too. At ECOTEC we believe in moving the focus of regeneration to tackling the underlying causes of decline. We look to bring together issues of economy and issues of place…strongly recognising and appreciating that all spatial development takes place in an economic context…and that all economic development impacts on location and space.

If you need help on meeting the challenges of effective regeneration spending, inspiration on tackling deprivation or support in increasing economic prosperity and value for money – we can help.

  • Regeneration and renewal - Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of area and thematic-based regeneration programmes and projects.
  • Urban and rural development - supporting sustainable urban and rural areas and developing the economic and spatial interdependencies that exist between these areas.

Services & Products

At ECOTEC, we understand that each project requires a 'tailor-made' approach in order to guarantee results. Our suite of services and products, which cut across our work and can be applied at a range of spatial levels, are suitably adapted to meet your needs.
