ECOTEC works all over the UK, Europe and increasingly internationally.
From our UK offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, London, Manchester and Newcastle-Under-Lyme we deliver our full range of services throughout the UK. From our Brussels and Madrid offices we serve local markets and European Union clients in particular and, through our membership of the ECORYS group of companies we work throughout the EU, its Candidate Countries and in developing and transition economy countries. Region Portfolio: Local Evaluation of Liverpool Children’s Fund
ECOTEC conducted the evaluation of the Liverpool Children’s Fund. We reviewed existing project information and data followed by a programme of consultations with key stakeholders, a workshop with all project managers and a survey of all Liverpool Children's Fund projects. As the majority of projects were fully established, ECOTEC’s role also involved researching and advising on the mainstreaming and sustainability of successful activities. The project culminated in a final report to the Liverpool Children's Fund Operational Delivery Group in September 2006.
The outputs from the evaluation were used to celebrate the achievements and successes of the projects funded by LCF. They also raised awareness of senior managers in Childrens’ Services and other relevant services in Liverpool City Council and supported the development of sustainable approaches to the continuation of the services and their outcomes after the end of the Children’s Fund in March 2008.
